Service and Delivery

We at Water at Work believe in top quality service this is why we don’t have call centres. We want to build a friendly and professional relationship with you so you know exactly who to contact when you need to talk to someone.

Once one of our engineers have installed your water cooler, whether it be a bottled or a mains fed water dispenser we will then organise water deliveries, maintenance and service so you don’t need to worry.

If you have chosen a bottled water cooler then you will be called by Jo or Kelly two days before your due delivery to take your order for your water requirements. Deliveries are normally on a two week rotation, but this can be customised to weekly or monthly to suit your needs.

There are no minimum orders, you can have as much or as little as you like, you are never pushed to take too much water. We also will make extra deliveries if required at no extra charge.

For all our water coolers we will inform you when your watercooler is due for cleaning and arrange a date and time convenient for you.

You will have the same delivery driver each week delivering your water and maintaining your water dispenser, so they know where the Water Cooler is located and can take the water there directly causing you minimal disruption.

In the unlikely event of your watercooler breaking down we will be with you with-in 48 hours to fix the problem.

By maintaining our guaranteed high levels of service continuity you are assured the best possible care of your company’s hydration requirements.

We deliver directly to Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Rutland, Lincolnshire and Derbyshire. But don't worry if your business is further afield, we've got a national network of delivery partners.
